2. Products and Services Available
The store offers consultations (individual or group) and online courses, whose specific characteristics, prices, and conditions are described on each product page.
All content provided in courses, consultations, and associated materials is authored by Ana Coimbra and is protected by intellectual property rights.
Reproduction, distribution, recording, sharing, or use of the materials for commercial purposes is prohibited without the express written permission of the author.
3. Service Provision and Access to Content
– Consultations are conducted online, via video conference, on a date and time previously agreed upon between the buyer and the seller.
Online courses are offered through a digital platform and can be in asynchronous format (immediate access after payment confirmation) or with scheduled dates (indicated in the course description).
– In case the seller is unable to attend, a new date will be proposed or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered, according to the customer’s preference.
4. Nature and Limits of the Service Provided
The services offered in this store – namely therapeutic consultations, guidance sessions and online courses – are aimed at emotional support, personal development and self-knowledge, integrating psychotherapeutic approaches and well-being practices.
Ana Coimbra is a medical doctor licensed by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra and a therapist trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems) by the IFS Institute. However, the services provided here do not constitute medical acts nor establish a formal doctor-patient relationship , and do not replace clinical evaluation, diagnosis, prescription or medical treatment in a hospital or health unit setting.
These services are offered in a non-clinical setting and are based on an integrative, complementary, and collaborative approach. In case of persistent physical or psychological symptoms, it is strongly recommended to seek an in-person assessment from a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Right of Free Resolution
According to Article 10 of Decree-Law 24/2014, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract without having to state a reason, within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (or delivery of the goods or first access to the course/consultation).
This right does not apply to:
– Consultations already carried out;
– Services initiated with the client’s express consent before the end of the resolution period;
– Digital courses whose access was granted before the end of the 14-day period.
To exercise this right, you must contact us by email clearly stating your intention to terminate the contract.
6. Exchange and Return Policy
– For digital consultations and services, exchanges are not possible, except in cases of error attributable to the seller (such as sending the wrong link, denied access, etc.).
– For physical products (if they become available), returns will be accepted within the legal period of 14 days, provided that the product is intact, shows no signs of use, and is in its original packaging.
Returns should be sent to the address indicated above, with shipping costs borne by the buyer, except in the case of an error or defect in the product.
7. Appointment scheduling and cancellation policy
The appointment will only be confirmed after full payment, which must be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Payments can be made via MBWay, Multibanco, Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Appointment scheduling or course access will be confirmed upon receipt of proof of payment or validation.
The store reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not settled within the stipulated timeframe.
If the client reschedules the session with less than 24 hours’ notice, they will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
Unjustified absence (without prior notice) implies the total loss of the amount paid, with no refund being given.
These conditions aim to protect the time of both parties and ensure mutual commitment to the therapeutic process.
8. Shipping Costs
Currently, the services provided are exclusively digital and are not subject to shipping costs. If physical products are ever sold, shipping costs will be clearly indicated before checkout.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Law No. 144/2015, it is hereby informed that, in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center in their geographical area, the updated list of which can be consulted at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
Whenever possible, it is suggested that you try to contact the seller directly before resorting to external entities.
10. Final Provisions
Use of this store implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The seller reserves the right to change them without prior notice, with updated versions being published on this page.
